Ep. 106: Something Has Changed

Most single Christian women feel quietly trapped between two unsatisfying extremes.

On one side, church silence and simplification —
 Pray. Wait. Don’t think too much.

On the other, secular overexposure —
 crude, transactional, dopamine-driven explanations of sex, attraction, and desire.

This episode marks a shift.

In this brief reflection, I share what has changed in my work, why this podcast is returning in a new form, and the kind of conversations we’ll be having moving forward.

These are not how-to episodes.

They are monthly, unrushed reflections on singleness and marriage, covenant sex and holiness, discernment, polarity, attraction — including the biology behind what draws men and women together — and the technologies shaping how modern couples now meet.

This podcast is for women who don’t want to perform holiness while waiting for marriage, or outsource their understanding to secular voices that feel misaligned — but who still desire clarity, wisdom, and real guidance.

Hey, hey, sis. Happy New Year. I love the turning of a page, the hanging of a new calendar. It's fresh, hopeful, so confident. I haven't released a podcast in a couple of months and that was not accidental. Something has changed.

in the way I work. And I wanted to speak to you directly about that before I said anything else. I am someone who helps women enter godly marriages. And yes, I actually do that. I think of Tina. I actually, will never forget Tina. When I first met her, she told me there's no such thing.

as godly men anymore, they just don't exist. She was in her 60s, she had seen a lot of life. As she had lost hope, God knew better. I think of Angelie and Lena and Sophia and Lauren, women in their 30s, quietly wondering if it was too late, if love had passed them by, if marriage was something they missed.

while they were being responsible, faithful, patient, while they were waiting. I've watched these women and others get married, younger, older, none of it seems to matter. I've watched them welcome children with their husbands, marriages bearing fruit, others entering the golden years of life with a devoted, loving spouse.

And what I've discovered very clearly is that my work is no longer dating advice. It's not content, it's not tips, it's not scripts you can look up on YouTube. I don't work with everyone anymore. This isn't therapy. It's not ongoing processing. It's not venting or managing feelings in circles. My work

has become curated, refined, modern, proprietary, and deeply strategic. But the thread through it all, always, is this. My work embodies what is effective in a woman who is gentle, quiet, godly, and wise.

Moving forward, this podcast is going to look a little different. These won't be constant how-to episodes. There's no shortage of tips in the world, and there's plenty of tips that I have already given in my 105 episodes before this. What I want to give you now, what I feel is missing, are reflections.

Reflections on singleness, marriage, covenant sex, holiness, discernment, the science behind dating apps, the biology and physics of attraction, men, women, and polarity. What it actually looks like to embody the kind of woman who marries a king.
